Terms & Conditions

The car air-conditioner will not be operational in hilly routes and when the vehicle is stationary.
Parking charges are not included in the fare and should be paid directly to the driver.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes at the designated pickup point. After this period, the booking will be canceled with no refund.
Waiting charges apply once the cab reaches the boarding point. The initial 45 minutes are complimentary, after which a fee of ₹2 per minute is charged, payable directly to the driver.
In the case of partial payment, the remaining trip balance must be settled in advance at the time of pickup.
Passengers are responsible for collecting receipts from the driver for any toll tax, state tax, night charges, or extra kilometers paid directly to the driver during the trip. Lucknow Taxi Hub will not provide invoices for such amounts.
Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel must be reported to Lucknow Taxi Hub within 24 hours of the travel time.
Bookings will be made for cab types SUV or SEDAN, and specific cab models cannot be guaranteed.
Sedans can accommodate up to 2 bags, while SUVs can accommodate up to 3 bags.
Fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, or CNG) of the cab is not guaranteed.
Cab availability is subject to demand and may vary.
Pets are not permitted inside the cab.
Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, pickups may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.
Driver details will be shared up to 6 hours before departure.

Cancellation Policies

You have the option to cancel your booking with us at any time before the scheduled date and time of pickup. Cancellations can be made by contacting our 24×7 Customer Care Helpline at +91-09151118982or by emailing us at Lucknowtaxihub001@gmail.com

However, cancellation charges may apply under the following circumstances:

If your booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date and time, no refund will be applicable, and the entire Booking Amount/Advance will be treated as Cancellation Charges.
If your booking is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time, the entire advance amount will be refunded, and the refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
In case your driver experiences delays in reaching you, cancellation charges will be waived if you request the cancellation, and the advance amount will be credited to your Lucknow Taxi Hub Credits. These credits can be used for future bookings with Lucknow Taxi Hub throughout India.
In the event of a No-Show, where you are not at the pickup location and the assigned driver cannot reach you on your registered phone number at the scheduled pickup time, the driver will wait for 45 minutes. After this period, the booking may be treated as canceled with no refund.

For rescheduling of departure time and confirmation of car availability, the responsibility lies with the customer. Such requests must be made in writing via email to Lucknowtaxihub001@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

In case of booking cancellation, Lucknow Taxi Hub will issue a refund for the entire amount paid in advance for the booking.

To request a refund, please send an email with your booking details, including your Booking ID (received via SMS and email after booking).

Optionally, you may provide feedback regarding the reason for your refund request, as we value customer feedback and use it to improve our services.

Refunds are typically initiated within 48 hours from the date of the request and are limited to the amount paid in advance for the booking.

Please note that refunds may be subject to cancellation charges, if applicable (refer to our Cancellation Policy above).
